A hand-written recipe book, which also includes newspaper clippings and other loose recipes.

The collection consists of cookbooks from 1949 through 1980, many of them issued as promotional items by brands such as 7-Up, Pillsbury, Jell-O and Tabasco Sauce. They formerly belonged to Willie Teeter, also known as "Mrs. T," who was a well-known and well-loved staff member at the Pacific University School of Optometry, as well as the mother of two daughters.
